Refund Policy

At Baby Nurture you are notified via email 7 days before the end of the current pre paid block. Email includes Dates and Payment details for the new block of classes. Payments are automatically taken through Swimphony via Stripe on the last day of the current block. Or via Bank Transfer Baby Nurture Limited. Up coming dates and Payments can also be viewed via the Online Portal.

Once the payment has been made you are agreeing to Baby Nurture Ltds Terms and Conditions, and No refund policy.

No Refunds will be given for missed lessons or partial attendance.

CATCH UP TOKENS

If a child can not attend for any reason you can mark absents and rebook catch up classes via the online portal.

Catch Up Classes hold no moiety value and can not be used against payments for future blocks of lessons. Catch Ups Tokens are to be used within the current pre paid block, and can not be rolled over. The are considered a bonus and are limited to availability so are not guaranteed.

In the Event of Baby Nurture Ltd cancelling a class an extra date will be offered, or a lesson credit will be carried forward and deducted off the following course fees.
